Shrimp skewer with chickpea puree

Shrimp on skewers served with a conjured delicacy of legumes, this time chickpeas. This appetizer is not difficult to cook, plus it doesn’t even have to stand long at the stove. The recipe will take you 15-30 minutes. Recipe by Markéta Hrubesová from the new show Recipes for Joy, TV Paprika.

Procedure:
1. First, prepare the puree; in a large bowl, put the drained and rinsed can of chickpeas (keep a few grains for garnish), add 1dl of water or stock, 1 clove of garlic, about 2 tablespoons of oil, lemon juice and a little salt, blend until smooth
2. Then prepare the prawns; peel off the top layer of lemongrass, skewer 10 prawns on the prepared skewers
3. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the prawns in it, just for about 2 minutes on each side, then remove from the heat
4. Serve the finished skewers with a bowl of puree.
