Amazing, soft, juicy noodles for Sunday lunch:))
1.
Wash, pat dry and slice the chicken breasts into thin slices. Cut the breasts as for the noodles beforehand.
2.
Place the cream, beaten eggs, flour, starch in a bowl and beat with a whisk to combine. Add the crushed garlic, ground pepper /can be ground black pepper/, chilli sauce, salt to taste and mix. If you don’t like spicy it doesn’t need to be chilli sauce.
3.
Add the sauce to the chopped meat progressively to make a mushy consistency. It can increase a little. Marinate covered in a cool place for at least 4 hours, 12 hours is ideal. If the meat seems thick after marinating, add the remaining marinade.
4.
Place the meat with a spoon in a frying pan with hot oil and form small patties. Fry until golden. Serve with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetable salad. They are really, delicious, tender, juicy! Enjoy!
