Seasoned minced meat baked with mashed potatoes.

Procedure:
1. 1. Add the minced meat, fry again, pour a little broth and simmer until tender, then dust with flour, pour the remaining broth, add tomato paste, worcestershire sauce, season with spices and salt and cook over low heat until the dish thickens
3. Finally, stir in the peeled, grated garlic clove into the thick meat mixture
4. Mash the cooked potatoes with milk and mash them, then stir in the egg yolks, finely grated cheese and salt
5. Fill a buttered baking dish with the cooled meat mixture, cover with mashed potatoes, put in the oven and bake at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.
