2 litres beef bone broth 20 g lard 20 g plain flour 250 g cabbage 100 g fresh mushrooms 2 dl sour cream to taste salt

Put the chopped cabbage and mushrooms into the broth and bring to the boil, season with salt.Make a roux from the lard and flour,pour water over it and bring to the boil.Pour it over the cooked cabbage and bring to the boil.Finally add the sour cream.
