Porce hen sauteed in onion base with tomato puree, tomatoes and peppers.

Procedure:
1. Rinse the cleaned hen, dry it, cut it up, salt and pepper it
2. Saute peeled, sliced onion in hot lard, put in the chicken portions, fry on both sides, add tomato paste and slightly pour water
3. Put in a heated oven and simmer under the lid until tender
4. Then take out the portions, fry the juices in fat, dust with flour and fry
5. Add the cleaned, chopped peppers, tomatoes cut into smaller pieces, warm water, stir, put back the chicken portions and simmer for a while under the lid.
Recommendation:
Serve with boiled potatoes or steamed rice.
