Serbian Goulash

Meat cut into cubes, fried in onion base, sauteed with tomatoes and peppers until tender.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Fry peeled, finely chopped onions in heated oil, add cleaned, diced beef, salt, pepper and fry the meat on all sides
2. Then pour in the beef broth and simmer under the lid when the meat is almost tender, squeeze the juices into the fat, dust with flour, pour in the broth and simmer briefly
3. Finally, add tomatoes cut into smaller pieces, cleaned, chopped peppers and simmer until soft, season with salt and pepper as needed.
Recommendation:
Serve with boiled potatoes or rice.
