500 g beef front 400 g potatoes 1 pk onion 3 pk green pepper 3 pk tomato 4 tbsp oil ground red sweet paprika ground black pepper broth salt
procedure
1. Chop the onion finely and fry it in the oil, add the diced meat, add salt and ground paprika, stir and simmer for a while. Pour in the broth and simmer halfway. 2. Then add the diced potatoes, also diced peppers and simmer for another 10 minutes. Steam the tomatoes, peel them, cut them into quarters, add them to the meat and continue to simmer until the meat is completely tender. Serve with bread.
