Serbian Chorba
Soup of pork, root Vegetable Recipes, potatoes, peppers, tomatoes and hot peppers.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, add the diced meat, fry it, stir in the ground pepper, immediately pour water
2. Add salt and boil
3. To the almost soft meat add spices, light oil and flour and mix well
4. Then add diced Vegetable Recipes and potatoes and cook until tender
5. Add salt as needed, sterilized peas, tomato paste and boil briefly
6. Acidify to taste.
