Seppo-enos quick winegars

Seppo is not at a loss, even when surprise guests appear at the door. It’s as if the store-bought vodka is created in the time it takes to brew a cup of coffee.
Ingredients for 12 vinaigrettes
1 pkt butter dough (approx. 500g) 1 dl jam (whatever you can find in the cupboard) 1 egg 1 handful of caster sugar
Tip:
Heat the oven to 225 degrees Celsius. Melt the buttercream. If you’re in a hurry, it will soften quickly under hot water (keep the bag still intact). Roll the buttercream into a slightly thinner and larger rectangle. Place it on a buttered baking sheet.Cut the butter dough with a knife so that there are 12 squares. The knife does not even need to go through the dough. Spread the beaten egg on the butter dough. Place a spoonful of jam in the middle of each square. Sprinkle caster sugar over the entire plate and pop the vinaigrettes into the oven. Bake quickly for about 10-15 minutes on the middle rack of the oven. They will rise to their shape in the oven like magic. The wines will be allowed to cool for a few minutes before serving. The wine will be ready to serve.
