Semolina with cranberries recipe

4 servings 250 g buns (about 6 pieces) sliced 2 pears (1- 2) 1 tbsp salt 4 tbsp sugar Juice of a lemon 1 packet of vanilla pudding 500 ml of milk 3 pcs. Eggs 1 pinch of salt 50 g walnuts 80 g whole dried American cranberries 1 tbsp icing sugar
Method of preparation
1 Lightly fry the eggs in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C. Cut the pears into quarters and slices. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add a tablespoon of sugar and salt the pears. 2 Stir the cottage cheese powder, eggs, remaining sugar and a pinch of salt into the milk. Roll the crumb slices in the mixture and layer them alternately with the pears in the baking dish. 3 Sprinkle the coarsely chopped nuts and cranberries over the top and pour the remaining milk, eggs and cream on top. 4 Bake in the oven at the same temperature for about 20-25 minutes.
