200 g semolina 40 g butter 80 g powdered sugar 10 g raisins 20 g butter to grease the mould 1 litre milk 2 pcs egg to taste lemon zest, salt, water
procedure
Add semolina and salt to the boiling milk and cook to a thick porridge. Cream the butter with the sugar, egg yolks and grated rind, add the cooled porridge, raisins and the egg white. Mix everything together and put into a greased tin and bake.
