Semolina Dumplings

The semolina dumplings add richness to the broth. Semolina can be replaced with buckwheat or corn flour.

Ingredients:

8 tablespoons of semolina 2 tablespoonsbutter 1 piece oats grated nutmeg milk water salt

Procedure:

1. Put semolina in a bowl, add eggs, butter, nutmeg, salt, work everything through, if the dough is stiff, add a little milk
2. Boil the dumplings for 10 minutes in salted water, then remove them and let them rest for 15 minutes before adding them to the broth.
