1. Peel the potatoes. Grate half on the coarser side of the grater, the other half on the finer side. Add the egg, semi-coarse flour, marjoram, salt and pepper. Finally, crush the garlic to taste. Mix everything thoroughly. 2. Put the oil or lard in a frying pan and add the dough with a spoon. Squeeze it a little and fry on both sides until golden.
