Shrimp and curry risotto with Thermomix

Here is the recipe for shrimp and curry risotto with Thermomix,a delicious dish creamy and full of flavors with a melting taste easy to make and well satiating.
Ingredients:
500 g peeled shrimp 250 g round rice special risotto 1 white leek 150 g white wine 4 teaspoons olive oil 1 vegetable stock cube 550 g water 1 heaping teaspoon curry powder juice of a lemon salt, pepper
Preparation:
Place the leek white in the thermomix bowl, then blend for 5 seconds on speed 5.
Add the olive oil, then set 3 minutes at 100° on speed 1.
Add the rice and wine then set 8 minutes at 100° on spoon speed/reverse direction.
Then add the water and stock cube then set 20 minutes at 100° on spoon speed/reverse direction.
Meanwhile, cook the shrimp in a frying pan and season with garlic, parsley and a little pepper.
When the bell rings, add the cooked shrimp to the bowl with the curry powder and lemon juice, then set the speed to 90° for 2 minutes on speed 1/reverse.
Then serve your pat hot.
