Light fish sauce

Here is the recipe for light fish sauce, a tasty smooth and creamy sauce, easy to make and goes perfectly with any type of fish.

Ingredients for 4 people:

juice of 1 lemon 1 tablespoon of mustard 120 ml of liquid cream 4% mg 200 g of water 20 g of low-fat butter 20 g of cornstarch 1/2 vegetable stock cube Herbs of Provence Salt, pepper.


In a saucepan heat the butter then deglaze with the lemon juice. Add the cream, mustard, stock cube and water then mix.

Then add the salt, pepper and herbs de Provence then cook for 5 minutes.
Add the cornstarch then let the sauce thicken for a few minutes.
Serve the sauce with cooked white fish.
