Scrambled egg on red onion with mushrooms and colored peppers. Tasty breakfast.

Slice washed coloured peppers into small cubes, chop rinsed mushrooms and red onion into strips, chop the young onion sprig finely.

Fry the red onion strips in oil in a frying pan, add the mushrooms and fry. Sauté until the mushrooms release their water.

Add the chopped colored peppers and continue sautéing for about 3 more minutes. Then season everything with salt, pepper, sprinkle with cumin and sauté together quickly.

Break the eggs into the vegetable mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add more salt if necessary. Finally, stir in the young onion sprigs. Serve with wholemeal bread. Enjoy!
