Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes

Egg beaten with chopped tomatoes, fried in onion and butter.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Fry finely chopped onion in fat
2. Pour the beaten, slightly salted eggs on top of the onions, whisked with finely chopped tomatoes
3. Stir until the mixture thickens
4. Serve individual portions immediately garnished with sprigs of herbs.
Recommendation:
Those who like really soft eggs can chop the tomatoes with a hand-held stick blender. Canned, skinned tomatoes are also suitable for this recipe.
