Scrambled eggs on toast

Buttered fried eggs, served on toast with tomato slices.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Pour the beaten, slightly salted eggs into the melted butter
2. Stir slowly until the mixture thickens slightly
3. Transfer the eggs to toast garnished with tomato rounds, sprinkle with a little red pepper, garnish with sprigs of parsley and serve immediately.
Recommendation:
The toasts can still be brushed with slightly loosened butter.
