Scotch Eggs in Minced Meat
A simple variation on a well-known and very popular dish from Scotland of hard-boiled eggs, wrapped in a jacket of minced pork, fried to a golden brown.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Peel the pre-cooked eggs, coat in plain flour, whisk the raw eggs in a little cold water
2. Mix the minced meat with salt and pepper, divide into 4 parts
3. Coat the eggs successively in minced meat and breadcrumbs
4. In a higher layer of well heated oil fry the coated eggs until golden brown, which takes about 5-7 minutes.
Recommendation:
Scotch eggs should be served warm, for example with mashed potatoes or cold with vegetable salad.
