Savoury cupcakes with nive filling

250 g palmarin / butter 500 g plain flour 2 tsp salt 200 ml sour cream 16ˇ% -flavoured
Filling
200 g spreadable butter 150 g Niva cheese 1 tbsp sour cream
For garnish
smoked salmon cucumber cherry tomatoes

These cupcakes are not only for Christmas and New Year’s Eve, but also for any occasion…

Mix the flour, palmarin (butter), salt and cream and work into a dough that can be refrigerated until the next day. Then roll it out and cut out rounds which you press into metal cupcake cases. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C.

Mix the butter with the grated nivea, add the cream and beat with an immersion blender until the mixture is smooth and runs through the tip.
3.
Fill the cooled cupcakes with the spread and garnish with salmon, cucumber and a quarter of a cherry tomato.
