Sauté of veal with curry

Ingredients for 4 people:
4 SP – Green / 2 SP – Blue / 2 SP – Purple 400 g veal 1 onion 1 teaspoon curry powder 100 ml light coconut milk 1 teaspoon olive oil Salt and pepper Preparation:
Start the preparation of this veal stir-fry by peeling and then slicing the onions. Then heat the olive oil in a sauté pan then add the onions and sauté them for a few minutes.
Add the veal cut into pieces and brown them, then pour in the milk, salt and pepper then simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.
check the cooking, decorate with coriander, then serve the curried veal stir-fry with rice, pasta and sautéed Vegetable Recipes.
