Sausage

The herring are smoked in a special way. In England, they are served for breakfast or dinner in three different ways.

Ingredients:

Sherring water for cooking fat (butter) oil

Procedure:

Preparation I:
Boil them for about 10 minutes in water in a pot under a lid.

Preparation II.

Bake them for 5 minutes on each side in a lightly greased pan.

Preparation III.

Grill them skin side down for 8 minutes, without turning, when brushed with butter or oil.
