Sausage and eggs

The pancake gets an extra kick from the ketchup, which adds a nice sweetness to the dish. This omelette is also tasty for children.
Ingredients for four
300g sausages 5 eggs 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp cooking liquid
Cut the sausages into small pieces. Pour the cooking liquid into the pan and add the sausages. Fry the sausages for a few minutes.
While the sausages are frying, break the eggs into a bowl. Töräytä ketchup into the pan, whisk well and pour the eggs into the pan. Lower the heat to low.
Let the sausage eggs cool properly on the surface. It takes about fifteen minutes and if you keep the heat low enough, the bottom won’t shrink either.
