Sardine and hard cheese spread

120 g butter 60 g grated hard cheese to taste salt a little sweet ground paprika 1 can of sardines 1 pk onion a little lemon juice
procedure
1.
Mix the butter until foamy, add the finely grated cheese and the bone-in sardines. Mix and drizzle with fish oil.

Mix until smooth, season with salt and pepper, add the minced paprika, which will add colour to the spread, finely chopped onion and a few drops of lemon juice. Serve on bread or sandwich slices.
