This snack salad is best suited as a late afternoon snack to keep you energized and full.
1. Wash the peppers, dry them, remove the pith and cut them into cubes, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, cut the Eidam cheese into small pieces
2. Toss the mung bean sprouts with the radish sprouts and the other ingredients, drizzle the salad with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt.
Those who want to have this snack less calorie-dense, omit the cheese. Of course, other variations are also acceptable, a salad made with only mung sprouts and meaty peppers, etc.
Mung sprouts: Familiar from Asian cuisine. Wash the beans thoroughly and soak for 12 hours. Radish sprouts: Radish sprouts are actually the young shoots of radishes.
