Super easy quickie when you can’t think of anything. You can always count on apple pies and there are never enough recipes 🙂 My mom used to bake this one for us.
First, prepare everything you need. First coarsely grate the apples and then weigh out 600 g of them. Mix the flour with baking soda and cinnamon beforehand
In a bowl, first beat the eggs with the icing sugar and vanilla until foamy. Then gradually and alternately add the mixed flour and oil. Mix well each time. Finally, add the apples.
Pour the dough onto an oiled and floured baking tray (35×25 cm) and place in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes. It is necessary to watch it and do a needle test.
Place the baked cake to cool and finally top it with the chocopole 🙂 Those who don’t want to, skip the icing. It’s a great cake, which I think is even better the next day 😉
