Hermelin in Provençal Herbs

Mediterranean flavours give this cheese its Provençal herbs mixed with oil. The hermelin, sealed in foil, is then grilled briefly.

Procedure:
1. Stir the herbs in the oil
2. Brush cheese on all sides and place in thick-walled foil
3.
4. Toasted baguettes with herb and garlic butter are excellent with it.
