Heavenly Barbecue Sausages

Wallets filled with onion slices, ham, pepper strips and chili peppers. Then marinated in BBQ sauce, coated in bacon, and grilled.

Ingredients:

4 pieces of thicker sausages 4 pieces of larger onions 1 pc jar of SPAK Barbecue Sauce 1 pc glass of black beer 1 pc larger peppers 200 g of English bacon 150 g ham seedless chillies

Procedure:

Slice the sausages lengthwise, fill with sliced onion, ham, pepper strips and chilli and finally brush with the sauce.

Then press the two halves together again using wrapped bacon slices secured with toothpicks.

Place the sausages in a bowl for 2 to 3 hours, sprinkle with the rest of the onions and brush with the sauce mixed with beer.

Place the sausages and onions on the grill and grill, brushing occasionally.

Serve with bread or baked potatoes.

Recommendation:

A great option is also to bake the sausages directly in a baking dish, when the sausage is sprinkled with onions, covered with a marinade of sauce with beer and baked until golden brown.
