Children’s falafel not just for children

I got this recipe from Monika KorĂ­steková, a nutritionist for children. It is for about 3people. It’s a modified version of farafel,which even the little ones can make. I also like it very much. I recommend it with yoghurt dressing.

Thaw the peas,I reheated them a little in a pan with olive oil and poured a little water over them. Then drain the water and blend with the cicerone, also without water. Add breadcrumbs, cumin and salt.

After mixing the ingredients, form balls with wet hands, you can also make pancakes quicker to overcook. And roll in breadcrumbs.

As for baking I wanted to do it in a frying pan first, but you need more fat to make them cook well. So I just toasted them a little bit and then threw them in the oven on baking paper and on a program like a bundt pan at 170 degrees. At least I didn’t need as much fat.
