Carp on tomatoes

1 pk carp to taste salt to taste ground black pepper 1 tbsp lard 400 g tomato 2 pk carrot 1 pinch basil 1 pinch oregano
1. Clean the carp, wash it, season with salt and pepper and fry it in hot lard on both sides. 2. In the meantime, cut the tomatoes and carrots into rounds on a baking sheet. Season them with salt, pepper, basil and oregano. Place the carp on top, pour the fat over it and bake in the preheated oven.
