Sliced potatoes baked in foil on the grill with bacon, butter and grated cheese.
1. Wash the potatoes with a brush in cold water, cut them into slices, boil them in salted water for 10 minutes, then drain them and leave them to drain
2. Spread the sliced potatoes evenly on 4 squares of foil, add salt, pepper and a teaspoon of butter
3. Add an equal portion of the chopped bacon and grated cheese to each packet of potatoes, wrap tightly and place on the grill for 10 minutes
5. Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley
