Salzburg gnocchi II.

Baked sweet gnocchi topped with a topping of sugar, milk and melted butter.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Put 2 tablespoons milk, 3 tablespoons butter and 1 tablespoon sugar in a baking dish and let it melt in the oven
2. Whip the 5 egg whites into stiff snow, whisk in 3 tablespoons of sugar, then add 3 egg yolks and 1 tablespoon of flour and gently mix everything together
3. Bake at a temperature of around 170 °C in a hot oven for about 10 minutes, or a little longer in a conventional oven.
