Salty pretzels

500 g semi-coarse flour 1 crucible whipped cream 175 g grated hard cheese 250 g palmarin 1 packet baking powder salt ( in the dough + sprinkle over pretzels)

Excellent pretzels for treating visitors or homemade crisping.

Knead the dough with all the ingredients, then let it sit, covered, in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

After it has rested, roll it out to a thickness of 4-5 mm and cut out pretzels.

Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add a little salt and brush with egg wash. Finally, sprinkle them with poppy seeds, oregano, pizza seasoning, sesame seeds, etc. to taste.

Bake at 190-200°C until they catch the color.
