Salty muffins as a side dish

Oven baked muffins, served as a side dish with smoked, roasted or even stewed meat.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Heat one third of the milk, add sugar, yeast and let the sourdough rise (it takes about 15 minutes)
2. Sift the sifted flour into a bowl, add the eggs, salt and the remaining milk, add the risen sourdough and softened butter, make a smooth dough and leave it in a warm place to rise for about 60 minutes
3. Roll out the dough into a 1 cm thick sheet and cut out rounds with a diameter of 6 cm, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper
4. Bake the muffins in an oven heated to 180 °C until golden brown.
