3 kg tomatoes 1 pk garlic, whole head 1 KL salt 1 KL ground black pepper 10 handfuls red chili pepper 1 sprig coriander (leaves) or parsley crystal sugar 3 pk onion

The sauce is suitable for spaghetti, grilling meat or on bread.

Skim the sliced tomatoes first with garlic, onion and bell pepper.

Then puree the mixture in a blender, making sure to add salt and fresh coriander.
3.
Cook for 1 hour.
4.
Then just pour into a preserving jar and use when you feel like it.
