Salmon Soup with Mushrooms

Soup prepared from salmon fillets, Vegetable Recipes, dried mushrooms, vegetable broth and other ingredients.

Procedure:
1. Remove the skin from the fillets, wash and dry, cut into larger pieces
2. Heat oil + butter in the pot in which the soup will be cooked, throw in the salmon pieces and fry until the salmon is shy and its colour changes from pink to almost white
3. Finally, add the Vegetable Recipes and leeks to the base and pour in the broth
5. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, if the Vegetable Recipes and mushrooms do not soften, you can add oyster or fish sauce, but you don’t have to, in which case season with salt and pepper and sprinkle liberally with chives and parsley.
