Salmon roulade with capers

Wrapped salmon slices stuffed with a mixture of Lucina, capers and sour cream.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Prepare a mixture of lutefisk, cream, wine, grated horseradish and chopped capers, mix everything thoroughly in a bowl
2. Place the salmon slices on a sheet of cling film and spread the mixture evenly over the fish
3. Roll up and refrigerate for about 3 hours
4. Before serving, slice the roll and serve preferably with fresh bread
