Salmon pie with prawns

Sweet shrimps add an exotic twist to the usual salmon pie. The ready-made pie dough is not a (big) häpeä.
Ingredients for six
1 pkt rye potato dough 200g smoked salmon 1 ps large shrimps 1 pk of leek light part (jät&&2 dl cream 1 teaspoon potato flour (helps with coagulation) 3 eggs 1 ball of mozzarella 1 handful of dill salt and white pepper
In time to melt. Put my prawns in a colander in the sink to defrost (assuming they are not frozen).
Pie crust
Put the potato flour and a drop of cream in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Then pour in the remaining cream perään. Crack the eggs into the bowl and stir to break up the texture. Tear into the bowl with myös salmon and mozzarella and chop leek and dill to coat. When the prawns are salty/dry add them to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
When you can shape the dough, pat it firmly into the bottom of the pie crust. Pour the pies into the bottom of the pan.
Bake the salmon pies in the middle of the oven at 200°C for half an hour. Be careful not to overcook. When the pastry has coagulated, remove the pie from the oven and place on a rack for 15 minutes. Garnish with thin leek rings and dill sprigs.
