Salmon Gravlax

All Scandinavians are fighting over the origin of this recipe. It is marinated slices of raw salmon served as an appetizer, topped with cold Gravlax sauce.

1. 1. Remove the marinated fillet, remove the dill
3. Whisk the egg yolk, mustard and other ingredients to make a sauce
4. Slice the fillets thinly, fan them out on a plate, pour the sauce lightly over them, add a slice of lemon and serve with slices of fresh bread.
