Salmon and bread meatballs

400 g salmon 2 pcs slice of bread 500 ml vegetable broth 1 pk egg 1 pk lemon 4 tbsp butter to taste salt to taste ground black pepper 2 tbsp chopped parsley
procedure
1. Boil the salmon fillets in boiling vegetable broth. Remove, let cool and transfer to a bowl. Fluff it up a little with a fork and mix it with the egg, lemon juice and zest, diced bread, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. 2. Stir the mixture well, shape it into meatballs and lightly fry in hot butter until golden on both sides.
