Salami salad served with savoury bread

Salad of salami, egg, celery, apple, cucumber, mustard, mayonnaise and spices, served in bowls with savoury bread.

1. Chop the salami, peeled hard-boiled eggs, celery, peeled and cored apple and cucumber finely
2. Toss with mayonnaise seasoned with mustard, salt, a little lemon juice and pepper (you can also add a little sugar)
3. Mix well and divide the salad into compote bowls, put to cool
4. Serve with fresh savoury bread.
