1 pk iceberg lettuce 2 pk tomatoes 100 g arugula 50 g pine nuts olive oil lemon juice, salt

Excellent side dish for lunch.
1.
Wash and drain the arugula. Slice the iceberg lettuce and place together in a deeper bowl. Cut the tomatoes into marigolds.

In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, oil and salt and pour over the lettuce.

Finally, sprinkle with pine nuts.
