Tuna and Vegetable Macedonia Terrine

Here is the recipe for Tuna Vegetable Macedonia Terrine, a delicious vegetable and tuna dish that is easy to make and ideal for as a complete light meal.

Ingredients for 8 slices: 3 Sp / slice –

4 eggs 20 cl of liquid cream at 4% 400 g of vegetable macedoine ( 1 can) 250 g of tuna au naturel ( 2 cans) 1 tablespoon of chives and parsley 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons of parmesan salt, pepper.


Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Beat the eggs with the fresh cream.
Add the breadcrumbs, cheese, chives, parsley , salt, pepper then mix well.
Then add the drained macedonia and crumbled tuna then mix.
Then pour the preparation into a cake tin previously covered with greaseproof paper.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
Then remove the terrinedecide into 8 slices and serve warm with a salad and a sauce of your choice.
