Schnitzel with prosciutto di Parma and Tre Corti cheese sauce

Chicken or pork schnitzel wrapped in triple wrap, fried, served with parma ham and topped with cheese sauce.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 1 person: 1 piece chicken or pork schnitzel in a triple wrap 10 dkg of Tre Corti cheese

Parma ham to taste milk as desired

Procedure:

Prepare the wrapped steak as usual, frying it in oil until nicely golden.

Place it on a plate, add the Parma ham.

In a saucepan, melt the cheese with a little milk and pour the finished sauce over the schnitzel.
