Salad with mozzarella

Italian salad prepared with spinach and lettuce leaves, tomatoes, mozzarella, olive oil and vinegar.
1. Rinse the lettuce and spinach leaves, drain well and then tear the larger leaves into smaller pieces, drizzle with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar
2. Rinse the cherry tomatoes, dry them and cut them in half
3. Drain the mozzarella and cut into smaller pieces
4. Divide the seasoned salad into bowls, add the tomatoes and mozzarella pieces, season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with fresh white bread.
