Fried tofu cheese in ginger batter

200 g gourmet tofu cheese 2 tbsp mustard 3 tbsp solamyl 2 pcs egg 1/2 KL ginger minced 1/2 KL vegeta
Try the fried tofu cheese.
Beat eggs with mustard and add minced ginger (or 9 g fresh grated ginger) and vegeta.
Finally, stir in the solamyl.
Cut the tofu in half lengthwise, also in half widthwise and then diagonally (to make triangles).
Place the prepared tofu in the marinade and let it rest for 12 hours.
Then fry the triangles in oil on all sides.
As a side dish, I recommend boiled potatoes. Enjoy!
