Salad of young pumpkins and cauliflower

1/2 kg young pumpkin 1/2 kg cauliflower 2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp vinegar to taste salt, pepper, pumpkin seeds
procedure
1.
Peel, clean and cut the pumpkin. Pour boiling water over the pumpkin and leave to rest.
2.
Cook the cauliflower until soft. Break into florets and add to the pumpkin. Pour vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and garnish with pumpkin seeds.
