Salad of sauerkraut, carrots and kohlrabi

500 g sauerkraut 1/2 pk kohlrabi 1 pk carrots to taste extra virgin olive oil

Today we had this great salad to go with our legume pickle.
Clean the carrots and kohlrabi, grate. Add the sauerkraut, drizzle with a little olive oil, toss and serve. Sprinkle the shelled sunflower seeds on top. The legume pickle with this salad is great.
