Salad in a glass

Snack salad suitable for travelling, for work, for a snack for school… It is full of vitamins and great to eat in the car or outside on a bench during a break.

Ingredients:

Ingredients (for 4 people): 1 pack (106 ml) package Bonduelle Mini Cuckoo 1 pack (106 ml) Bonduelle Mini Chicken 1 can of Tuna (chunks of tuna in oil) 3-4 tablespoons of pre-cooked couscous cherry tomatoes fresh parsley or mint For dressing (in one jar): 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar lemon juice to taste pepper salt Other: appropriate snack glasses with caps

Procedure:

First prepare the dressing in a jar – mix olive oil, a little balsamic, salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.

Then layer the cherry tomatoes, corn, couscous, chickpeas, tuna, and parsley or mint into the jar.

Close the jars tightly, shaking the jar before opening to get the dressing everywhere.
