Sacher cake

Sacher is a cake classic. It’s hard to make, but you’re more likely to be a king of the pies than a strawberry cream cake.flour 1 dl breadcrumbs 3 tbsp orange juice 400 g apricot jam
Custard
150 g dark chocolate 100 g butter 1 tsp sugar 0,5 dl water.
Melt the butter and whip it with the sugar. Whisk in the egg yolks and salt.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Stir half a tablespoon of the butter and egg yolk whipping cream into the melted chocolate. Then combine the butter with the chocolate and the butter and egg yolk (without making the mixture grainy).
Combine the baking flour, wheat flour and potato flour and sift into the dough. Whisk the egg whites and gently fold them into the dough. Pour the dough into a greased and breadcrumbed baking dish. Bake the cake at 140°C for an hour.
Let the cake cool before turning it out of the pan. Cut the cake in half and moisten with orange juice. Spread a thin layer of jam over the cake.
Melt the chocolate frosting in the microwave. Add the soft butter, sugar and water. Mix until smooth and pour over the cake. Smooth out evenly, and don’t forget the edges.
